Mount Mahogany Elementary is so fortunate to have some amazing assistance programs at our school. We have the weekly ‘Backpack Club’ which provides students with some easy to prepare weekend food. We also have our monthly drop off from the Utah Food Bank, and we also have a School Pantry available. All of these services are FREE to our school community. We encourage you to sign up your students for any of them. Having a large amount of participants helps to ensure that we keep these amazing programs at our school. See more info below! Help the school nurse conduct Vision Screenings. It's a fun and easy process, and only takes about 2 hours or less.

🍏Food Bank Reminder - The Utah Food Bank has partnered with our school to be a community drop off location. We invite any families that would like to benefit from this service, to pick up a grocery kit. Grocery kits often contain one bag of canned goods, one bag of fresh produce, and one bag of bread/grains. Parents can come pick these up as early as 3:00pm. You can also remind your student to get the bags at the end of the day.
🍎 School Pantry If your family is in need of food assistance, please fill out the online form. We are happy to provide families with a free box of food items. You can apply as often as needed. This event will be happening in October, and gives families the opportunity to come and shop for new/gently used coats and halloween costumes. We are currently collecting donations. A donation box will be set up in the office. We are also looking for businesses that would like to host a donation box for us.
